Sushi Experience at Perezoso Sushi

Perezoso Sushi Bar is located on the 6th floor terrace of Hotel San Bada, the atmosphere is very cozy, open air dining space surrounded by the lush of Manuel Antonio National Park and ocean breeze, the location of the hotel is nearby the main entrance to Manuel Antonio National Park and 5 minutes drive from other hotels in Manuel Antonio. The restaurant is part of Hotel San Bada´s facilities but you can visit the sushi restaurant if you are staying in another place.

The are open everyday from 2pm to 10pm, I recommend to make a reservation to save a great spot to have a wonderful view to the beach.

Dress code is casual, I didn’t see people eating only with their swimsuits.

Our visit to Perezoso Sushi started before sunset because we wanted to enjoy the beautiful ocean views from the restaurant. We highly recommend to visit the restaurant before night time. The restaurant is located on the sixth floor of the resort where you can find in the adults only pool. The menu offers a variety of sushi rolls, drinks and cocktails. We asked Brandon (one of the staff member) for the signature rolls of Perezoso, he recommended us the Mulguri & Perezoso Roll, of course we order two more rolls with salmon and tuna roll.

We noticed they have All You Can Eat Sushi in Manuel Antonio

Mulguri Sushi Roll Description:

Fresh salmon, tuna, rice, nori seaweed topped with avocado and grafted potato chips with unagui sauce.

Perezoso Sushi Roll Description:

It’s like a tempura shrimp roll, rice, nori seaweed, avocado, cucumber, smoked salmon, cheese cream and unagui sauce.
